As a start and loved by many, the classic Mojitos taste intensely fresh with all the mint and lime muddled, served in whiskey glasses . The best cool down drink especially in this hot Singapore weather.

Tequila, citrus fruit juice and salted rim glass gives you the next cocktail in our list. Margarita. a sweet Mexican heaven, being embraced by a seductively chilled glass and ice, with a hint of tang. Be experimental and try the different flavours!

As an aperitif, a good Negroni is the very definition of balance and simplicity. While the Negroni may look sweet, it’s anything but – it’s strong and bitter. The Negroni cocktail is made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso, and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel.

Tequila Sunrise

The Tequila Sunrise is an orange juice cocktail which gets its name from the visual effect of the grenadine rising slowly up from the bottom. It's a classic cocktail that never goes out of style with a mixture of tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup, served unmixed in a tall glass.

Warning: this drink is not the for the faint of heart, Sex on the Beach, a provacative name indeed, despite being made as an epitome for easy drinking. It is a refreshing cocktail of Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice.

The Cosmopolitan, or what informally known as Cosmo is another cocktail mix with juice. It consists of cranberry juice, triple sec, vodka and lime. Some say it's girly but Cosmo is an extremely refreshing cocktail!
